 ⁘ We are authentic, meaning we don’t push sales, or sugar coat information.  We courteously give you the facts. (Mostly good and sometimes some bad) 

 ⁘ We are a close knit work family of team members, suppliers, and contractors who truly enjoy each other and we all work together for the highest potential. 

At MCC, we assign a high priority to detail, quality, and efficiency.  If there is a new idea, method, or product, we want to hear about it, validate it to nearly no end, and then use it. We never assume to have the best method and are always eager to make our system better. 

Last of all, we are fun. We make sure we enjoy the process and have fun through it all, and you will too!
