We craft exceptional custom homes utilizing a strong team of consistent growth. Our team has a constant desire to improve and this applies to all aspects of our being; personally, professionally, and relationally. We are authentic, meaning we don’t push sales, or sugar coat information. We courteously give you the facts, good or bad. We are a close knit work family of team members who truly enjoy each other and we all work together for the highest potential. At MCC, we assign a high priority to efficiency.  If there is a new way to do something, we want to hear about it, validate it, and use it (if it works). We never assume to have the best method and are always eager to make our system more efficient. Last of all, we are fun. We make sure we enjoy the process and have fun through it all, and you will too!
