Klynt’s journey in the world of entrepreneurship began at the age of 22 when he embarked on a remarkable endeavor that would soon change the landscape of his region. Born with an innate passion for learning, creating and business, he ventured into the professional world with a vision to create homes that would stand as testaments to both creativity and craftsmanship. 

Starting from scratch, Marcusse Construction steadily climbed the ladder of success, growing into one of the region’s leading residential custom builders, where it was accepted as a member of a prestigious Builders’ Buyers Group (BBG) and became a part of the Lakeshore Home Builders Association (HBA). This showcased the company’s expertise within the industry as it solidified its reputation as a builder of distinction. 

What sets Klynt apart is his remarkable journey as a self-taught architect. With an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, he honed his skills through rigorous self-study and practical experience. In 2021, the dedication and accomplishments were recognized on a broader stage when he was awarded the coveted Pro Builders 40 Under 40 award.
